Graduate Building Surveyor

Exciting opportunity for a Graduate Building Surveyor to join an award-winning practice in London's West End. The role

This is a generic building surveying role which encompasses both the professional and project disciplines. You will support a Senior Building Surveyor who is an experienced APC councillor with schemes across London. Responsibilities include providing accurate advice and technical support whilst managing external stakeholder relationships. Other duties combine contract administration, technical due diligence, schedules of dilapidations and defect analysis.
