Job Details

A reputable Project Management Construction Consultancy is now looking for a Senior Project Manager to join their dynamic team in Leeds.

The Senior Project Manager's Role

The successful Senior Project Manager will work predominantly on projects in the Residential (student accommodation and mid-rise developments), Healthcare (hospital extensions & refurb), and Commercial sectors.

There will also be an emphasis on building long-term relationships with clients, where the Senior Project Manager will focus on developing client accounts and forging new business relationships.

Senior Project Manager Requirements

  • Degree qualified in project / construction management or similar technical discipline
  • RICS / CIOB or professionally qualified in another construction related subject
  • Previously employed by a consultancy or end user client
  • A track record of working with teams and managing projects by prioritising workloads and delivering deadlines
  • Client facing, ensuring a high standard of technical delivery
  • Ability to successfully manage complex projects in a proactive and diligent manner unsupervised
