BUILDING SURVEYOR

Due to ongoing success my client is looking to appoint not one but two experienced Building Surveyors to their Leeds office. The successful candidates will be joining one of Yorkshire's most reputable building surveying teams to work on a number of projects across different sectors, providing a variety of building surveying and project management responsibilities. Responsibilities of the Building Surveyor may include:

Contract administrationDilapidations Carry out surveysParty wall mattersPreparation of Schedules of Work and Specifications Ensure all works conform to the latest regulations and technical standardsClient managementAnalyse and report on building defects

Requirements of the Building Surveyor:

BSc (Hon's) Building Surveying RICS Accredited degreeMRICS or approaching chartershipConsultancy experience is essential for this roleExperience of both pre & post contract project management dutiesStrong IT Skills including in both AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications.High level of commercial awarenessExperience of managing existing and new clients

On offer for the Building Surveyor:

A salary of between £40,000 - £50,000 depending on experiencePension contributions of 8% matched25 days annual leave per annum, increasing with servicePrivate Medical InsuranceProfessional Subscription PaidAnnual performance and salary reviewHybrid working
