Your new company design a fantastic array of building structures across the residential, commercial, industrial, healthcare, education and leisure sector up to the £50m project value range. Your new role
Your new role will see you entering the business as a Structural Engineer at either Principal or Associate level. Your will be leading a small team of technicians and engineers, setting the standards from a technical design standpoint, checking the work of more junior staff and imparting your experience on those around you.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed you will need a minimum of around 10 years' industry experience, a minimum job title of Principal and hold a chartered membership with either the ICE or IStructE. It is also expected you have experience completing the detailed design across a variety of sectors, most notably residential and commercially. Furthermore, previous experience leading a small design team is expected and a proven high standard of detailed design to go along with this.
AutoCAD and Tedds are also needed to succeed however other software's such as MasterSeries will be beneficial, though not essential.
What you'll get in return
In return you will receive a highly competitive salary in line with your previous experience, in the range of £45,000 to £60,000.
