A fantastic opportunity to join a small team to undertake and assist with key aspects of Property Management for our clients relating to commercial properties throughout the country.
The role provides an opportunity to enhance your experience and skills in managing a wide range of commercial properties. Experience in dealing with service charges budget and accounts will be advantageous. The position will provide exposure and involve detailed hands on management and higher level client contact.
The successful applicant will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in commercial property management and either be MRICS/FRICS or have the appropriate experience and knowledge of what is required at Chartered Surveyor level.
Salary on offer of between £60,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on qualification and experience. A performance related discretionary bonus is also on offer, as well as the mandatory contributions towards the Government enrolled pension scheme (where this is taken up by the candidate). 25 days annual leave plus the bank holidays are also offered. The successful candidate must own a car and will receive standard mileage allowance and expenses for travel.
The successful candidate will enjoy a working environment with a casual dress code (when not meeting Clients) and sponsored training to obtain MRICS qualification if required. CPD will also be provided/supported where necessary.
