Building Control Surveyor

Are you a building control surveyor looking for a change or are you interested in kickstarting your future building control career? We are currently representing a number of approved inspectors across the whole of the UK in all forms. Whether you want to work for a large or small organisation working on residential or complex schemes we have an opportunity for you.
 
The person
Whilst previous experience in Building Control would be an advantage the most important thing to us is your enthusiasm to develop and learn, so this post could suit a recent college leaver as much as an existing construction professional. If required relevant training and support will be provided.
A full clean driving licence and use of a car daily is essential.
 
What will you do?
Within this role you will have a versatile list of responsibilities which includes the following:
·Assisting with technical reviews of building control submissions under the supervision of senior surveyors.
·Preparing and issuing Plan Check Reports and Certificates.
·Attending meetings and liaising with clients, design teams, architects, and contractors with the senior building surveyor.
·Assisting with site visits and inspections with reports and follow up measures put in place.
