This central London strategic land promoter is looking for a talented Planning Manager, with a keen eye to bring forward projects and truly see the value where others perhaps don’t. 
Experience in residential applications within London and the surrounding area will set you apart, with the role involving the project management of a diverse portfolio of projects and schemes.
But, if this hasn’t been your bag in recent years, this firm is honestly open to speaking with a determined MRTPI / MRICS Planner with a critical eye, and an ambitious attitude to tackle their exciting, often life-changing projects.
The role will see you working on an exciting strategic portfolio, taking projects from inception through to completion. 

Your first few months would see you gaining new depths of knowledge in how they work as a company, managing new projects and aligning yourself with the group strategy and values of the firm.  

From initial policy appraisals on potential land opportunities, through to Planning applications on their current portfolio, with the nature of this company, no two days will be the same.

 You’d be working within a company with the highest of standards in both their output, and what they offer to staff.
