Requirements of the Project Manager:

Degree in relevant fieldMRICS or working towards chartership Minimum 3-5 years' experience in Project Management working within a construction consultancyExperience of working on projects from both the public and private sectors from inception to completionProven track record of building and developing relationships with new and existing clientsExperience administrating NEC form of contract

On offer for the Project Manager:

A starting salary of between £40,000 - £50,000 depending on experience25 days annual leave plus public holidays5% company pension planLife Insurance Private Medical InsuranceHybrid working
