Chartered / Part Qualified Surveyor with minimum of 5 years’ experience

To carry out condition surveys for demanding high-net-worth clients including energy, damp assessments and recommending improvements to the thermal envelope to save energy and reduce costs.

Successful candidate will have

  • Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, Etc
  • Ability to work alone and in a small, growing, committed, career driven team
  • To demonstrate and have a keen eye for detail and the true ability to follow through with tasks
  • Experience working with / alongside all professions in the domestic building world
  • To be able to demonstrate that you can work to tight schedules, sales driven and at the same time remain professional

The Job Role is based in North West London, Buckinghamshire, Berkshire, Oxfordshire and Hertfordshire

Our demanding high nett worth clients are keen to better insulate their homes and reduce their energy consumption.

After extensive appropriate training, the successful candidate will carry out condition surveys with full thermographic, energy assessment and follow up with a detailed report / specification for the client. You will also provide an oversight for a range of processes / strategies; from assessing projects for domestic refurbishment / modernisation, helping develop retrofit plans. It will also include managing and monitoring other technical and project-related requirements introduced by the new PAS 2035 framework where appropriate
