Interim Senior Estates surveyor - Central Scotland - Council - 6 Months - £45 per hour

My Local Authority Client based in the Central Scotland is currently looking for an interim Senior Estates Surveyor for 6-months initially. This role will be hybrid working, with an average three days on site per week.

The candidate will have the following responsibilities:

• Carry out landlord and tenant work, including rent reviews, lease renewals, rent arrears, new lettings, freehold, leasehold and re-gears.  
• MRICS is essential and being a Registered Valuer is desirable
• There will be a low amount of Valuations work
• The portfolio is Commercially focused
• Mentoring a graduate surveyor

A full time 37 hours per week position and they are looking to for the candidate to get started in 3 weeks time. Interviews will be held in 2 weeks over Microsoft teams
