We are working with a the Birmingham office of a national property consultancy who are looking to recruit an Agency Surveyor to their Industrial division.
Working with the Regional Director as well as linking in with the national I&L team you will play a key role in driving forward industrial agency services in the Midlands. Day to day work will cover leasing work for established investor and property company clients, as well as providing strategic advice for developers bringing new schemes to the market.
The role would suit a Surveyor or Senior Surveyor with some experience in the industrial and logistics sector. You will be MRICS have a good understanding of the key drivers in the Midlands market.
Salary guide: £35-£45k plus package.
