Associate Quantity Surveyor

Due to continued success and team growth, a long-standing Partner is now looking to recruit an Associate level Quantity Surveyor. This is an excellent opportunity to join one of the best and most experienced QS teams in London, to work on a range of projects including new build commercial and mixed-use schemes, office fit-outs, and student accommodation developments.

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications, skills, and experience:

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
• A proven track record managing commercial projects of a large capital value
• Experience within a professional quantity surveying consultancy or client-side environment
• Business development experience
• MRICS is essential

This client will pay a highly competitive salary depending on the candidate level - with 30 days annual leave, private medical, enhanced private pension scheme, health and leisure incentives, season ticket loan, life assurance, and paid professional fees.
