Chartered Building Surveyor

A Commercial Real Estate Consultancy on the lookout for a Chartered Building Surveyor to join their Birmingham office. You will be working on a mix of project and professional work solely within the commercial sector working on office fit-outs, industrial units and occasionally care homes. The ideal candidate will have strong building pathology experience, with work including acquisition surveys, schedules of condition, dilapidations and party wall matters. As an experienced member of the team, your role will also include the guidance and mentoring of junior colleagues and graduates.

You will be joining a team of 5 building surveyors within a multi-disciplinary office of 120 strong in Birmingham. They are looking for a new member of the team due to an influx of work and a growing department. The Birmingham team itself has recently had confirmation that they will be moving to a new, exciting office in central Birmingham in the coming months, which boasts exceptional facilities for all staff members.

Person Specification:

• MRICS Chartered
• Building pathology experience
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Well-presented and personable
• Ambitious

Salary of up to £57k with a car allowance on top, hybrid working policy, benefits including pension and healthcare and Christmas and New Year office shut down, on top of holiday allowance.
