The ideal opportunity for a Graduate/Assistant Building Surveyor has come up in Guildford

This company is a leader in what they do and have over 100 Chartered Surveyors delivering a range of services to their clients, the work is always exciting and the company has an amazing portfolio of prestigious projects they work on with a value up to £800million. Within the Building Surveying team, projects are typically in the commercial, residential, industrial, retail and education sectors.

Career development very much available here, with the company looking for a Graduate that they can develop into a highly skilled Building Surveyor. They pride themselves on giving you the coaching, development and support you need to do this and have an excellent success rate in getting their employees to pass their APC at the first attempt.  

To be eligible for this role you must have an RICS accredited degree in Building Surveying, at 2:1 or above. Some relevant experience would be a huge advantage (university placement, work experience etc) If you are an Assistant level Building Surveyor looking to move for additional APC support then this company are also very welcoming to this level.

In exchange for this the package on offer is very strong. The main thing being excellent APC support, but this is also matched with a very competitive salary plus package. Realistically salary for an experienced candidate can be anything up to £35k DOE.
