Licensed & Leisure Agency - Senior Surveyor or Associate

An opportunity for a commercial minded agency surveyor, to join an independent boutique consultancy’s agency team. The role will be based in their Birmingham office, as part of a highly-regarded specialist team, who cover a range of alternative properties, including: licensed & leisure, hotels, and healthcare.

You will cover properties across the Midlands and carry out a full range of transactional services including acquisitions, disposals, and lettings. Ideally, you will have transactional experience in licensed & leisure, although experience in trade related agency will be considered. The team do encourage you to build your own brand in the market, with client facing development.

In return, you will be joining an established team who are always at hand to assist each other support your development. Hybrid work is available in this role, with an expectation of 1-2 days a week expected in the office. There is transparent uncapped performance-based bonus scheme.
