Senior Project Manager

The role:

We are delighted to present this fantastic opportunity for a senior project manager to join this well regarded, partnership. This is a new opportunity in Cheltenham, bringing together the vision of a partner, recent projects wins and strong pipeline of work. The role will see you deputise for the partner, delivering projects in and around Gloucestershire. Current projects include, commercial, industrial, manufacturing and aviation ranging from £7m through to £65m.

About you:

It is anticipated that you will have a degree or masters in a construction related course, and ideally be chartered with the RICS, IOB, APM or RIBA or working towards it. You may be an experienced building surveyor, architect or quantity surveyor who has covered a dual role and is looking to specialise as a professional project manager.

We would also welcome applications from individuals who have served in the armed forces and have gained some experience in the construction, engineering or property industry.

Experience of working in a client focused role, whether it be as a consultant or client, is essential.
