This friendly and relaxed Chartered Building Surveying Practice is offering a friendly environment in which to complete your APC, with a wide range of work across projects and professional instructions in a variety of different industry sectors.

Person Specification: Graduate Building Surveyor – APC

  • Qualified with a RICS accredited degree or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 year’s practical experience
  • Practical experience within the residential or commercial sector ideally. Education experience would be a bonus
  • Experience with CA/PM of projects

Roles & Responsibilities: Graduate Building Surveyor – APC

Role will depend on your level of experience and your APC requirements. Training is tailored to your needs. This is broad ranging role that will cover a variety of work across multiple sectors. Below is not an exhaustive list.

  • Contract administration
  • Project management
  • Various Building Surveys
  • Party Wall
  • Schedules of condition
  • Dilapidations

Salary & Package: Graduate Building Surveyor – APC

  • £30,000 – £40,000 depending on skills and experience
  • Discretionary bonus
