A small property team in the NW is looking for am experiences RICS chartered Surveyor to lead the Commerical Property team within the Council. the candidate will take the lead on General Asset Management of the council's Commercial portfolio, carry out valuations and take on and oversee Landlord and Tenant issues.
The appointed candidate will manage a small team of surveyors. The role will be hybrid working, with expectation up in Lancashire 2 times a week with the rest working from home.
Requirements:
- A member of the RICS
- Public Sector Experience
- Previous experience operating in an Estates Management or Senior Surveyor post
- Registered Valuer desired but not essential
