Job Details
Hertfordshire based Local Authority need you, an Interim Estates Surveyor!
Park Avenue are working with a Council in Hertfordshire who require an Interim Property Consultant to join their team on a 3-6 month contract.
Your work will be focused on their commercial portfolio, working through their backlog of rent reviews and lease renewals.
Park Avenue already have a couple of Surveyors in the team, who really enjoy the work and team dynamic.
You can work flexibly, and on a hybrid basis. MRICS is required, and previous Local Authority experience is needed.
