Associate Director - Building Consultancy

Their Building Surveying Division sits with in the Project Management/Cost Management (PCM) team, who are industry leading experts with an excellent reputation in delivering projects within all sectors of the built environment.

You will be an integral part of the London Building Surveying team, so either a dynamic Senior Building Surveyor looking to take a step up, or an established Associate Director who wants a clear path to Senior Management. The team cover professional building surveying as well as project management/contract administration for multiple projects between £800K and £1M so you will need to be able to multi-task. With responsibility for a small team initially, there is huge scope to build your own team around you and so someone with experience of management too is required. 
 

The office is based in the heart of London, the salary on offer is between £80-£90K for an AD level or £70-£75K for Senior BS, plus benefits to include Private Medical, Private Pension, Life Assurance, Share Incentive Scheme.
