Job Details
One of the UKs largest and leading construction firms are seeking a hardworking and ambitious Senior Building Surveyor to join their Aberdeen office.
The Senior Building Surveyor role
The successful Senior Building Surveyor will be joining a well-known and established Consultancy with a wide presence across the UK, based in their Aberdeen office; one out of three offices across the Scotland region.
The Senior Building Surveyor will be joining the professional Building Consultancy team and supporting the team on a range of professional services and projects such as schedules of dilapidations, acting as a contract administrator for small/medium sized refurbishment projects and planned preventative maintenance.
You will be responsible for managing your client base and portfolio of projects to successfully deliver Building Consultancy advice. You will act as a role model and point of support to your team.
The Senior Building Surveyor
- A Building Surveying Degree
- Ideally MRICS but not essential
- Professional services and Project delivery experience
- Consultancy background
