Senior Project Surveyor

Due to continued success and team growth, a long-standing Partner is now looking to recruit a Senior Project Surveyor to their team. This is an excellent opportunity to join one of the best and most experienced QS teams in London, to work on trophy projects including new build sustainable office developments, major mixed-use schemes, and student accomodation projects.

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications, skills, and experience:

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
• A proven track record managing commercial projects of a large capital value
• Be a problem solver who will deliver for their client
• Over 6 years' experience within a professional quantity surveying consultancy or client-side environment
• MRICS is essential

On offer is a highly competitive salary between £60-70k (depending on level of experience), with 30 days annual leave, private medical, enhanced private pension scheme, health and leisure incentives, season ticket loan, life assurance, and professional and educational fees are also paid for.
