A Construction & Property consultancy based in North London representing a broad client base including banks, private property companies, developers, managing agents and private individuals are currently seeking an Associate level Building Surveyor to lead their team.

This role will primarily focus on residential work although the firm services London & SE England across a range of sectors including commercial, residential, education and religious sectors.

Ideally you will be Chartered, with several years’ experience in a consultancy environment and be skilled across a full suite of both project and professional work and in particular Party Wall.

The team works with a range of private clients from property companies, property management firms and home owners. You will enjoy a large level of autonomy and ownership of projects and be first point of contact with clients and colleagues. You will be working closely with the MD on a day-to-day basis.

This is a great opportunity for a Building Surveyor tired of large corporate life, but wanting to join a highly professional, friendly team of talented surveyors.
