Chartered Building Surveyor

A Chartered Building Surveyor is a required to join an award-winning building surveying specialist in London. You will work on a prestigious client portfolio including the likes of Rolls Royce, Burberry, Aviva and Google. Schemes are located across the capital and surrounding home counties.

My client is a dynamic and slick outfit who prides themselves on delivering high levels of service. A friendly and sociable team who boasts an energetic and professional working atmosphere. Due to organic growth and healthy pipeline an opportunity has risen.

This is a generic building surveying role which encompasses both the professional and project disciplines. You will lead several multimillion pound schemes from inception to completion whilst managing external stakeholder relationships. Other responsibilities include spotting new business opportunities and providing accurate advice.
