Associate Director

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Life Sciences project delivery professional looking to make a real impact in role and develop their expertise and career as an integral part of collaborative organisation under a highly regarded brand with over 40 years' presence in industry.

About the position

In this role you will be responsible for the delivery and strategic management of commissions of significant size and complexity through all phases of design, preconstruction, construction, and project completion, predominantly within the Commercial Development sector with minimal supervision and oversight from a Project Director or Director.

About you

You will have previous experience in delivering projects through the full project life cycle in the Life Sciences sector, worked in a client focused, consultancy-based environment or directly for commercial developer, have excellent communication and relationship building skills with stakeholders and clients and great knowledge of the construction industry.
