Would you like to work on projects which include Grade 1 listed buildings, through to commercial and agricultural estates? Do you want to work for a practice which offers a flexible working hours policy?
A leading multidisciplinary practice with a national presence has recently instructed Beach Baker to recruit a senior level Building Surveyor within their busy team.

The building surveying team have an excellent pipeline of work for the rest on 2022 and beyond with clients including private estates (listed buildings), universities, local authorities, developers, contractors, charities and hoteliers.
The ideal candidate will be MRICS, although non-chartered with good experience will be considered. The hiring manager is happy to consider candidates a different levels, therefore the salary is negotiable depending on the individual.
