A well-established Chartered Quantity Surveying Practice in Birmingham is looking to add a talented Assistant Quantity Surveyor to their growing team.
The Assistant Quantity Surveyor Role
Joining a multidisciplinary company, the successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will receive unrivalled industry exposure in Quantity Surveying as well as Project Management and Employer's Agent experience.
Working across a diverse and exciting range of Design & Build projects including Commercial, Residential, Healthcare, Extra Care, and Industrial schemes.
The new Assistant Quantity Surveyor will receive fantastic support from the Senior Management team including a brilliant internal APC programme as well as 1-2-1 mentoring from an external APC accessor.
This could be the perfect opportunity for an ambitious Assistant Quantity Surveyor eager for rapid progression and with the right support, more responsibility.
The Assistant Quantity Surveyor
- A construction related degree qualification
- Eager to complete APC
- Quantity Surveying or Project Management experience with a Consultancy
The company are happy to discuss individual requirements based on experience but are looking to offer:
- £25,000 - £35,000
- 25 days annual leave + bank holidays
- Strong progression
- Support with MRICS
