Job Details
A leading Property and Construction specialist with offices across the globe are seeking a Senior Building Surveyor to join and strengthen their City of London office.
As a self-motivated Senior Building Surveyor, you will be joining a highly reputable company who operate from over 100 countries globally and boast clients in both the Private and Public sector.
The successful Senior Building Surveyor will service clients that are predominantly London based and will have the opportunity to work on a variety of high-end Residential and Commercial projects.
- Measured Surveys
- Building Condition Surveys
- Defect Diagnosis
- Project Management of multiple site schemes
- Being responsible for managing their own workload
- Providing expert advice to clients
- Advice and support to junior colleagues
- Lead a team of Surveyors
The Successful Senior Building Surveyor
- MRICS qualified
- 4+ years within a similar consultancy
- Proven and demonstratable experience with generating work
- Ability to manage and support junior members of staff
- Confident and client facing
