Director of Cost Management

As the Director of Quantity Surveying or Cost Management you will take a leadership role over both projects and teams in the Croydon office working across the commercial, retail, residential, mixed use, education, hospitality and health sectors. You will also contribute significantly to the growth of the company and your team more specifically, through business development and client management.

About You

You will be MRICS and have proven experience leading a team of Quantity Surveyors and winning new work through business development. This will have been gained in a consultancy environment and mainly within the private sector.
