One of the UKs leading property consultancies are looking for a Valuation Surveyor to join their incredibly talented team in Bristol.
The Successful Valuation Surveyor
They focus on Commercial properties providing all property-related services a client may need, from Valuations, building surveys, property management and land acquisition to name a few.
The successful Valuation Surveyor will be joining a reputable consultancy who are expanding quickly and looking for support. There is an opportunity for development if you are an ambitious, professional surveyor.
The Commercial Valuation Surveyor will ideally hold:
- MRICS or AssocRICS qualified
- RICS registered valuer
- 3+ years post qualification experience
- Commercial valuing experience
- Bristol market knowledge
- clear written and verbal communication

- Salary up to £65,000 depending on experience
