Facilities Manager – High Profile Estate, Demobilisation
We are proudly collaborating with a global, award winning property business and FM service provider, seeking to hire a Facilities Manager to work on arguably the country’s most prestigious estate in the West-End!
Your role will see you reporting into the Senior Facilities Manager, working closely with the property managers, occupiers and end client. You will be responsible for the general management of a handful of properties which are set for refurbishment / demobilisation, hence experience in this area will set you apart.
Alongside the above you will ensure the delivery of agreed facilities related targets on behalf of the client and ensure the safe running of each building in conjunction with planned and reactive maintenance, demonstrating sound ability to assist and liaise with building surveyors/architects/consultants on major works.
The successful applicant with have at least 2-3 years’ worth of experience in a similar position, ideally holding either IOSH or NEBOSH qualifications. Experience handling budgets and reconciling / drafting service charges is essential.
