Project Supervisor role available - Hybrid working in Plymouth and from home - long term contract + permanent

As a Project Supervisor you will join a registered landlord and provider of both affordable homes and retail space based in the Plymouth and South Devon region. Your new role
As a Project Supervisor you will be tasked with delivering major capital programmes in the Plymouth region, many of which are associated with housing block refurbishments. Representing the client, you will work with contract administrators, ensure health & safety is respected on-site, evaluate tender and scope of works, and provide weekly reports based on progress of your projects. This hybrid working role will allow working from home, alongside trips to site or office 2 days per week.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this role you will need to have excellent construction contract knowledge. Ideally you will have prior housing refurbishment or external wall experience however this is not an essential criteria. An NVQ3 or equivalent level qualification in construction would be preferential.
What you'll get in return
In return you will receive an initial interim contract with duration up to 6 months with potential extension highly likely. If a permanent role would interest you, then there is also a likelihood of permanent recruitment options being available for you.
