DO YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE IN SUPPORTING LOCAL AUTHORITY ESTATES DEPARTMENTS?
Park Avenue are working with a Dorset Council who require an Interim Estates Admin Assistant on a 3 month contract. You'll be required to assist the Estates Surveyors and the Property Management team with their work, primarily creating and sending invoices, chasing payments from tenants and their purchase orders. Hybrid working is available, with the occasional visit to the offices in Dorchester, Dorset. No formal qualifications are required, however previous experience in a Local Authority or public sector organisation is necessary.
