Job Details
A modern, independent Property & Construction Consultancy is looking to add an ambitious Senior Quantity Surveyor to their dynamic Manchester office.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role
The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will join a first-class team working across a diverse range of projects from £200k - £300m.
The company have gone from strength to strength and have an impressive pipeline for the next few years including Commercial new build and refurbishments from £150k - £175m, Residential highrise and waterfront apartments up to 250-units, listed buildings, "one off" high-end builds, and new build hotels.
This could be the perfect opportunity for a driven Senior Quantity Surveyor eager to step into an Associate role where you can take on greater responsibility for the business as a whole including business development & networking.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor
The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will have:
- Excellent pre & post contract knowledge
- Experience within a professional consultancy
- Degree qualified
- Ideally MRICS or working towards

- £50,000 - £60,000
