Job Details

A diverse Quantity Surveying consultancy with a focus on training and development, are seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor for their Buckingham office.

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor's Role

The successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will work on residential and high security refurbishment projects across the UK, providing pre and post contract roles under the support of a Senior and Associate Quantity Surveyor.

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor's will work closely with Main Contractors, helping them to deliver the project whilst also advising them on the pre contract side.

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor

  • Completed a Quantity Surveying or RICS degree
  • 12+ months cost management / consultancy, or main contractor experience
  • Refurbishment project experience would be useful
  • Driving licence + car
  • Eager to learn and develop new experience
