A friendly firm of home buying experts are seeking a Principal Surveyor to support their national growth.

The Successful Principal Surveyors Role

The Principal Surveyor will be leading a team of Surveyors, providing CPD development, quality assurance, compliance checks and business development. Also, leading by example to carry out Homebuyers reports, Valuation and Building Surveys along with experience in Schedule of Works and defect analysis work.

This opportunity offers a 6-figure package, along with hybrid working and the scope to make instrumental changes to the business, to open new departments and to be a leader in the Property world.

The Principal Surveyor will ideally hold

  • Experience within Valuations, Building Surveys, Defects, Schedule of Works and Homebuyers
  • Supporting the Senior Management team with business generation
  • Offer a black book of clients to bring to the company
  • Commercially minded
  • Management experience
  • Strong leadership qualities
