Job Details
An award winning Property Consultancy based in the West End are seeking a new Associate Director for their busy and expanding Building Consultancy team.
A multi-national Consultancy with offices located in all major UK cities and a diverse portfolio of private clients ranging from Commercial, Residential, Retail and Leisure. The role is to act as one of the leads of the Building Surveying team whilst also carrying out technical Building Surveying work on an array of Medium/Large Commercial projects.
The new Associate Director will assist in the running of an energetic and expanding team of Surveyors located in a large open-plan, state of the art office. Your role will have a focus towards technical Building Surveying work and Project Delivery as appose to Business Development. You will also have a large impact in the development of APC candidates and more junior members of the team.
The Successful Associate Director
- 5+ years Private Practice/ Consultancy Building Surveying experience
- MRICS
- MSc/BSc in Building Surveying
- Experience in dealing with both Project and Professional Building Surveying matters
- Committed to career progression
- Strong communication skills
- Be self-motivated, ambitious and organised
- Experience in managing junior individuals
