LOOKING FOR A NEW REMOTE INTERIM CONTRACT IN A LOCAL AUTHORITY?
Park Avenue are working on a behalf of a Local Authority in Northamptonshire who are looking for an Interim Estates Surveyor on an initial 3-6 month contract. Your time will be spent working on the commercial portfolio, completing rent reviews, lease renewals and advising with rent arrears. The council work on a hybrid basis, with you only being required in the office once or twice a month - they prefer you to complete the site inspections and write up the reports at home.
