Job Details

A close knit, Construction Project Management consultancy are seeking a confident Quantity Surveyor to support and work alongside their current crop of project managers in London.

The Quantity Surveyor's Role

Reporting to the Directors, the new Quantity Surveyor will be heavily involved in pre contract roles from preparing bills of quantities, defining budgets, and pricing pre construction.

The successful Quantity Surveyor shall also monitor payment schedules, carry out an in-house Quantity Surveying role, and work on fast paced projects including those within the education sector.

The Quantity Surveyor

  • Preferably MRICS, or have a Quantity Surveying degree
  • 4+ years Quantity Surveying experience
  • Cost Management / Cost Consultancy background
  • Pre and post cost management experience
  • Good communication skills
