Job Details
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Building Surveyor to join a top Consultancy and support their ever-growing pipeline of work, based in their Leeds office.
The Senior Building Surveyor role
The successful Senior Building Surveyor will be working closely with the Directors and supporting the team on a wide range of both professional and project work across sectors including hospitality, insurance, legal, industrial, office, media and residential.
The Senior Building Surveyor will be working from clients including investors, occupiers, lenders and developers, providing specialist advice across the full scope of Building Surveying services including professional services such as planned preventative maintenance, contract administration, technical due diligence, dilapidations and party wall.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Building Surveyor who is looking to develop their career and expand their industry experience. As the new Senior Building Surveyor, you'll be responsible for supporting junior members of the team in developing their careers as well as yours.
The Senior Building Surveyor
- A Building Surveying Degree
- Ideally MRICS
- Professional Services experience
- Experience working across some or all of the mentioned sectors
- Full UK Driving License
