One of my clients are seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their team and get stuck into some exciting projects in and around the more lavish parts of London and surrounding areas.

This consultancy is based in Southwest London, and they specialise in the high-end residential sector.

You would be working on penthouse suites to country estates.

They are best described as a boutique consultancy – they have around 25 professionals in the business, so it is important they continue to grow their team with the right individual.

They have created a very positive and social atmosphere within their team and love going out as a collective for evening/days out to keep the culture thriving.

As the nature of this sector involves working with high-net-worth individuals and super-prime developers, you will gain excellent insight and hands on experience with the clients themselves.

They also have a fund monitoring arm of the business, if this is something that interests you then you also have the opportunity to learn the ropes on this side of things.

As this is a very client facing role you will often be on site and giving a real personal touch for the client so be prepared to be away from your desk more often than not.

This consultancy is all about networking and building relationships, so you will be involved in industry events allowing you to gain lots of exposure and really build a reputation for yourself and the company.
