A new opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Newly Qualified Building Surveyor, based in Bristol, to join of the UKs leading multi-disciplinary consultancies.

The Newly Qualified Building Surveyor role

Due to the continuous growth of this practice, they are now looking for a dedicated Newly Qualified Building Surveyor to support their Bristol Building Consultancy team.

The successful Newly Qualified Building Surveyor will be working on a wide range of professional services including dilapidations, feasibility studies, pre-acquisition surveys, planned preventative maintenance, defect diagnosis, measured surveys and reinstatement cost assessments.

Alongside this, the Newly Qualified Building Surveyor will also be working on projects including refurbishments & repairs, new build developments, maintenance schemes and fit-outs, from inception to completion.
