INTERIM ESTATES SURVEYOR REQUIRED IN SOUTH-EAST LONDON!
Park Avenue are working closely with a Local Authority in Southeast London who require an Interim Estates Surveyor on an initial 3 month contract. You will join the Corporate team, where you'll be responsible for producing reports, carrying out inspections and providing strategic advice to internal and external stakeholders on projects. We have other contractors in the team already, and they're really enjoying the work and environment so far - so much so they're asking for long term contract extensions! The council are currently working on a hybrid model, where you're required in the office on a Wednesday, and another day in the week of your choosing.
