ARE YOU AN ESTATES SURVEYOR LOOKING FOR WORK IN BEDFORDSHIRE?

Park Avenue are working closely with a Local Authority in Bedfordshire who require an Interim Estates Surveyor on an initial 3-6-month contract.

Your work will consist of working through the rent review and lease renewal backlog that has built up from the pandemic. This will be all commercial properties, so if you have experience with commercial or corporate properties, that will come in handy!

The council are currently working on a hybrid model, where you're required to go in for the site inspections and in the office for team meetings.

You do need to be MRICS to be considered on this role, and Local Authority experience is ideal.
