Job Details

The Equity Partners of a reputable chartered surveying consultancy are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to bolster their London office.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor's Role

The Partners are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor who can handle projects between £5m and £25m across a variety of sectors including education, museums, fit out, residential (private and local authority), and commercial.

Alongside a complete cost management role, the successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will at times act as an employers agent/project manager and support the less experienced Quantity Surveyors in the team.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

  • A track record of handling projects up to £25m
  • Pre and post cost management experience
  • MRICS or completed a Quantity Surveying degree
  • Quantity Surveying experience within a Cost Management / Cost Consultancy background
