Job Details
A family run Private Practice of Chartered Surveyors and Building Consultants are seeking a Building Surveyor to join their North West London based office.
The successful Building Surveyor will join this practice who Offer a broad range of both Private and Public Sector Commercial/Residential projects located throughout Central and Greater London. With strong expansion plans over the next 3 years and an extremely high level of retained business, you'll become a key part in supporting junior staff.
As the new Building Surveyor, you will be responsible for running your own workload, whilst also being given the necessary support to take your career forward professionally. You'll carry out a broad range of services including; dilapidations, building surveys, party wall matters, design and specification and contract administration.
The Successful Building Surveyor
- MRICS preferable
- Ideally 3+ years Private Practice/ Consultancy Building Surveying experience
- BSc or MSc in Building Surveying
- Experience in running projects
- Committed to career progression
- Encouraging and patient with junior staff
- Focused and self-motivated
- Both professional and project services experience
- Strong communicator - written and verbal
