Valuation Surveyor

A real estate consultancy in the Coventry and Warwickshire region is looking to recruit a Chartered Surveyor to join their valuation department.

The post holder will be responsible for servicing the current workload which includes secured lending work, portfolio valuations and valuations for accounting purposes.

On a wider basis, you will take a key role in developing the department, cross-selling, networking, generating new business and providing leadership as the team grows.
