I'm currently working with a Niche consultancy who specialise in Fund Monitoring consultancy. They are leading the market in this field, with offices across the UK and with the biggest dedicated Fund Monitoring team of any independent consultancy. This excellent consultancy is looking to add a Senior or Associate Director level Fund Monitoring Surveyor to their Birmingham team.

Ideally you will be MRICS Chartered, as either a Building Surveyor, Quantity Surveyor or Project Manager, with strong Project Monitoring experience. You will be coming on board to work across a range of sectors, including residential and mixed-use projects, and will be working with major banks, lenders and funds.

You will be joining a growing, thriving team with an enviable client list and strong work pipeline. These guys are happy to remunerate very well and also support flexible working arrangements (even before Covid!).

If you would like to find out more about this role, please do call Tom Wentworth Waites on 0203 4751 727 or email on
