Our client is a highly reputable firm of Chartered Surveyors, Auctioneers and Estate Agents who undertake a broad range of work. The role offers strong potential for advancement and promotion for the right candidate as well as a very supportive structure for a Graduate. The role

As a valued member of the team you will be working in a supportive and super friendly environment. You will have the opportunity to be involved a range of varied work giving you great experience. You will be encouraged to be involved with CAAV as well as training and networking opportunities. The work ranges from sale and purchase of rural property, RICS Red Book valuations, claims for compensation, subsidies and grants, agricultural tenancies, planning and development schemes.

The candidate

The ideal candidate will have completed a RICS accredited degree with a keen interest in completing the APC. The candidate will be positive, approachable and a team player with a personable approach to building and maintaining relationships with colleagues and clients.
