Location: Guildhall, London EC2

Salary: Grade E Level- £42,050 to £47,530 p.a. inclusive

The City Surveyor’s Operations Division is responsible for the delivery of a wide range of construction, maintenance and professional property services for the City of London Corporation’s commercial and operational property portfolio in the City, West End and other areas of London as well as open spaces such as Epping Forest, Hampstead Heath and Burnham Beeches.

We are looking to recruit a Grade E Building Surveyor on a permanent contract. This is an opportunity for an enthusiastic and capable Building Surveyor to develop their experience delivering a high-quality programme of refurbishment and cyclical maintenance projects and professional building surveying work.

We are looking for someone with experience in project management and high-quality service delivery. You should be RICS or CIOB qualified, or working towards MRICS or CIOB qualification, or be able to demonstrate you have the relevant skills and experience required for this post.
